Sippori Town
Sippori is located in a valley, where the mists of Nevoa can reach it very easily. It’s almost always raining, and as such the puddles are more like ponds. The town has a gloomy feel to it. Even when it isn’t raining, the skies aren’t visible, because of the mist. And when it is raining, you can’t see the sky where it’s coming from.
